How the products you choose can affect delivery times.
95% of our products available Next Day.
The majority of our range is available on a next day delivery to mainland UK. This includes the personalisation. You can filter by next day only items on each category.

• Full Assembly of all items including medal ribbons
Your items are labelled with Next Day Delivery at the checkout stage, with delivery time to your location calculated once you enter your postcode.
5% of products take that little bit longer.
Part of our range is more specialist and requires extra processes to create your award or for us to send over a visual proof for you to check before we can proceed. This does extend the delivery time on items such as:
• Engraving with logos directly onto Glass, Crystal & Bamboo
• Fully Custom Bespoke Medals
• High Value Nickel/Silver-Plated Presentation Cups and Salvers
These items are NOT labelled with Next Day Delivery and on average extend your delivery time by approximately 3 days. The actual date of delivery is calculated at checkout when you enter your postcode.

Items available as Next Day
The choice of how fast we deliver is dependant upon your location and the service you required. Mainland UK addresses have the options of:
• Next Day Delivery - Delivered Next Working Day
• DPD Delivery - 4 working days
• Amazon Delivery - up to 6 working days
The latest date you will receive your order for each service will be shown as options at checkout once a postcode has been entered.

Items that require that extra time
Special items such as surface engraved glass and bamboo take longer to deliver. Current available options:
• DPD (Fast Track Glass) – 5 Working Days
• Amazon Shipping – 7 Working Days
We will send proofs within 1 working day of receiving your order, allowing time for any necessary amendments.
Please note: Proofs must be approved within 24 hours of receipt to guarantee we meet the delivery lead times above.
