What is your returns policy?

We're committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products.

In the unlikely event that you find any non-personalised items not meeting your expectations, you have a 14-day window from the date of delivery to return them for a full refund.

We assess requests to return personalised items on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out to our customer service team before initiating a return, and we will review the request. Thank you for your understanding.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer an exchanges at this time. If you would like to reorder, please do so via the website.

Conditions of return:

Returns must be received within 14 days of the delivery date.

Please ensure that all items are returned in pristine condition and in their original packaging. Returns arriving at our warehouse after this 14-day period will not be accepted.

Please be aware that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and shipping costs are non-refundable.

Non-returnable items include:

Any item with permanent engraving on the surface of the award. 

How to return your order:

1. Please notify us by phone or email with your order number, the product code(s) and quantities you would like to return, and the reason.

2. Place your return items in the original packaging and add a note with your order number. 

3. Ensure the parcel is sealed appropriately off for your return parcel with your selected courier.

Refund Process

Once we receive your return, we will send you an email confirming receipt of the goods.

Once the refund is approved and processed by our finance team, please allow up to 10 working days for it to be reflected in your account.

Where is my returns label?

We keep it green by skipping the paperwork in our parcels. 

Please check your email confirmation for your order number and  kindly include it on a note inside the box.

What if I have received a faulty / damaged item?

We’re sorry to hear that there has been a problem with part of your order!

In most cases, we do not require damages to be returned to us. Please follow the steps below and we will review the issue:

1. Please capture images of the issue so we can understand the issue and pass on feedback if applicable.

2. Send the the images to along with the following details:

          Details of the damage 

          When you need the goods for
