Payment Methods
At the checkout, you can choose to pay by card, PayPal, Apple Pay or by Invoice (Credit Account).
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
Can I pay by invoice?
Certainly! You don't need to have an account to pay by invoice / BACS.
1. Select the 'Credit Account' payment option at the checkout
2. Enter a reference of your choosing in the 'custom reference number' box
3. Your invoice will be sent to you within 24 hours
Payment is required prior to dispatch unless you are a public sector customer.
How do I pay my invoice?
Your invoice will be sent to you via email within 24 hours of placing the order. Payment options for invoices include:
- Card payment via the payment link on your invoice email
- Payment over the phone
- BACS transfer
All payment instructions, along with our bank details and billing information, will be included in the email.
How long do I have to pay my invoice?
If you've chosen to pay by invoice, we kindly request payment before dispatch unless you are a public sector account customer. Your invoice due date can be found on the invoice.
Please make sure you let us know once the payment has been made so we can confirm receipt and dispatch the order.
Just a heads up: we won't be able to start working on custom glass and wood pieces until we can confirm receipt of your payment. To avoid any potential delays in your delivery date, please ensure this is processed promptly.
What is a custom reference number?
When you choose to pay by invoice, you will need to enter a 'Custom Reference Number' before you can proceed.
Here, you can provide a purchase order number or any other reference you wish to appear on your invoice.
This reference is for your use, not ours. If you don't need a reference or it's yet to be confirmed, you can simply enter N/A or TBC.
Can I pay by Purchase Order (PO)?
Absolutely! The quickest way to pay by PO is through our website. Please add the items to your basket and select the credit account payment method at the checkout.
You will be asked for a custom reference number before you can complete the order, which is where you can enter your PO number. If this has not been confirmed yet, please simply enter TBC.

Payment Information for Public Sector /Customers
If you represent a public sector organisation, such as a school, local authority, NHS, or charity, and would like to pay by invoice, we do not require payment prior to dispatch and you are granted a 30-day window to settle your account.
Please place the order on the website, and select payment on account at the checkout. You will be asked to enter a 'Customer Reference Number', which is where you can enter your PO number if required.
How do I apply for company credit?
We welcome public sector account applications from wide range of organisations, from schools to sports clubs to corporate workplaces.
Apply for a Trophies Plus Medals public sector account here, and we'll assess your application within 24 hours.
Should additional information be needed, we may reach out during the approval process.
Once approved, your public sector account offers various perks, such as:

- Company user management

Money has come out of my account but I haven't received an order confirmation
If you think you placed an order but didn't receive an order confirmation email from us, please check your junk inbox.
If you still cannot locate the confirmation, please contact us and we would be happy to double check everything for you.
How can I request a VAT invoice if I have paid by card , Paypal or Apple Pay?
If you need a copy of a VAT invoice for an order placed on the website, kindly reach out to us at sales@trophiesplusmedals.co.uk. Please provide your order number or the payment date and total, and we'll be more than happy to provide this for you.
