Can I place an order over the phone?

The fastest and simplest way to order is through our website as you can add your personalisation details directly onto the product page then add the items to your basket.

However, if you encounter any difficulties or prefer assistance, please feel free to reach out to our customer service team, and we'll be more than happy to guide you through the process.

Please let us know if something isn’t working for you, as we really value your feedback and are keen to tackle the issue and improve for future orders.


Can I place a repeat order?

Absolutely! Please get in touch with our customer service team and have your previous order number to hand and we will assist with putting this through on the website.

Please keep in mind that we store logos for 30 days, so please send us the file via email if it's been over a month.


How can I check the engraving for products in the basket?

For a detailed view of the products in your basket, simply click on "view options" next to each item. This will display all added options, including engraving details.


How can I change the engraving in the basket?

If you need to modify the engraving for a product in your basket, click on the image next to the item. This action will take you to the product page, where you can add the product again with the correct engraving. Be sure to remove the incorrect item from your basket before finalising your order.


How can I add multiples of the same product with different engraving?

When you increase the quantity on the product page, you'll see multiple text boxes—one for each award. When looking to add over 50 items, the product page allows you to upload a spreadsheet. You can also download a template for this next to the upload button.


Is there an easier way to input multiple engravings then typing them in manually?

Certainly! Select the quantity, tick "Use same engraving on every product," and type "SEE EMAIL" in the text box. After placing the order, simply reply to your order confirmation email with your engraving details.


Why have items disappeared from my basket?

If you are not logged into an account, your basket may time out after a while, leading to items being removed.

To ensure items are saved in your basket, make sure to log in to your account. If you don't have an account yet, you can sign up here. You will also receive special discounts and hear first about new products and sales.


When will a certain item be back in stock?

We understand it can be disappointing if the item you had your eye on is no longer in stock. Please reach out to our customer service team, and we will do our best to provide you with an estimated restock date if more stock is expected.

Occasionally, we make room for new and improved products by discontinuing certain lines. Once a product is discontinued, it's added to our sale section, which you can explore here.  


Why can’t I log into my account?

If you are experiencing difficulty logging into your account, it could be due to a few reasons.

1.       You haven’t verified your email address: A verification email is automatically sent upon account creation. You will need to follow the email’s instructions to complete the set-up.

2.       You’re entering an incorrect password: Please click the "reset your password" button and follow the instructions inside the email.

If you have followed the steps above but haven’t seen an email come through, don’t forget to double check in your junk inbox.  

If there is still no email, it's possible that no account exists for you in our system, and any previous orders may have been checked out as a guest.


Do I need to sign up for an account to place an order?

While you don't need to be logged in to place an order as you can proceed as a guest, we strongly recommend creating an account. Having an account serves as a central hub for all your orders, providing a seamless and organised experience.


Why is my chosen product unavailable for Next Day delivery?

Products with surface engraving (e.g., laser-engraved glass) and those requiring a proof have longer lead times than standard metal plate engraved items.

Look for the red NEXT DAY icon on the product image for eligible items.


Do you have any discount codes?

We handle orders of diverse sizes and types from various businesses, so we assess discount enquiries on a case-by-case basis. Please get in touch with our customer service team at sales@trophiesplusmedals.com for more information.

How quickly will I get my order?

The delivery time for your order depends on the specific products chosen, your postal code, and the delivery option selected during checkout. For more detailed information, please refer to our shipping information and lead times here.


I have placed my order but haven't received an order confirmation email

If you think you placed an order but didn't receive an order confirmation email from us, please check your junk inbox.

If you still cannot locate the confirmation, please contact us and we would be happy to double check everything for you.
