How will my order be shipped?
You can choose between DPD Delivery or Amazon Shipping.
Which delivery option is right for me?

Amazon Shipping take care of the majority of standad and economy orders.
• Delivers between 8am-8pm
• 2–4-hour delivery timeslot
• Regular tracking updates
• Provide specific instructions for drivers via the Amazon Shipping tracking page
• Reschedule your package for a future date (subject to consignment status)

Upgrade to Premium or Next Day delivery at checkout to have your order shipped with DPD.
• Delivers between 8am-5pm
• 1-hour delivery timeslot
• Real-time parcel tracking
• Designate a specific neighbour or safe place for parcel delivery
• Redirect your parcel to a DPD pick-up shop if you're not available to receive it at home
How much does delivery cost?

What time can I expect my order?
Once your order is out for delivery, you will receive a delivery timeslot from the courier.
Please be aware that Amazon can deliver between 8am and 8pm. DPD deliver between 8am and 5pm.
Why is my chosen product unavailable for Next Day delivery?
Products with surface engraving (e.g., laser-engraved glass or cups with body and/or plinth engraving) and those requiring a proof have longer lead times than standard metal plate engraved items.
Look for the pink NEXT DAY icon on the product image for eligible items.

How fast can I get an order?
You can get our standard trophies and medals delivered to mainland UK postcodes the very next day! Just choose the Next Day Delivery option at checkout if you're in a rush. Unfortunately, products with specialist surface engraving (e.g. laser engraved glass) are not eligible for this service.
If you prefer, we have standard and economy delivery options available too. Take a look at the estimated delivery dates during checkout to pick the option that suits you best.

Can I collect my order?
Yes, you can! If your postcode is within 15 miles of our Leicester HQ, the collection option will be available at checkout. However, please note that this option is not available for items that are not eligible for next-day delivery. Orders typically take about 3 working days to process and be ready for collection. Once your order is ready, we will notify you via email.
Can I change my delivery address?
As long as your order has not been dispatched, we are more than happy to update your delivery address. Once the order has left our warehouse, it is not possible to change the address unfortunately.
Can I make a change to my delivery once it has been dispatched?
Unfortunately, we are unable to make amendments to your delivery once it has left our warehouse. Please reach out to the courier directly using the tracking link to adjust your delivery preferences or provide any additional information.
If you have chosen Amazon Shipping, you can leave instructions for the driver, such as gate codes or directions to your location, on the Amazon Shipping tracking page.
If you've opted for DPD, you can specify a preferred neighbour or safe location for parcel delivery or opt to reroute your parcel to a DPD Pick-up shop if you won't be home to receive it.
What will happen if I am unavailable to take receipt of my order?
The driver will try your mailbox first; otherwise, they'll leave it in your designated safe place which you can specify via the tracking link.
The courier will attempt delivery 2-3 times on consecutive days. If unsuccessful, the parcel will head back to our warehouse.
Can I have my order delivered to multiple addresses?
At the checkout, you can select only one delivery address per order. For additional addresses, please place separate orders.
For bulk orders with multiple items to various addresses, please feel free to contact our customer service team for assistance.
How do I track my order?
1. Upon dispatch, you'll receive confirmation emails from us and the courier.
2. Track your order's status and delivery details via the provided links in your email and text notifications.
3. Stay updated with additional emails and texts from the courier, including delivery updates and successful delivery notifications.
