Depending on where your order stands and what you need to tweak, we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
Can I make a change to the items I have ordered?
Once your order is confirmed, it's automatically sent to our warehouse and we're unable to add or remove items unfortunately. If you need to add more items, please go ahead and place a new order for them.
If your order has not yet started processing, there's a chance we can cancel it for you. Please feel free to contact us right away, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
If the order has already been dispatched, please follow our returns process here.
Help! I've made a mistake with the wording / spelling on my order.
For standard trophies featuring metal engraving plates, we're more than happy to replace the plates at no extra cost on one occasion, even if the order is already in progress. Any further tweaks will incur a small £1 charge per engraving plate.
If your order has already been dispatched, you can order replacement engraving plates here. The existing plates can be gently removed from the corner. All of our metal plates are self-adhesive, so simply peel off the backing and adhere it onto the award. Should you require any assistance or guidance with this process, please don’t hesitate to contact our customer service team.
If you need to make a change to the details you have submitted for items where the engraving is done directly onto the surface such as engraved glass, we are happy to process this for you as long as the order has not yet started processing. Just keep in mind that if you've approved a bespoke award proof no further amendments will be possible.

Is it possible for me to update the logo I've already uploaded for my order?
If you need to change the logo you have uploaded, please let us know as soon as possible and we will do our best to fix this for you. Unfortunately, once the inserts have been printed we can't make any changes, but you can always order replacements here if needed.

Can I cancel my order?
Please contact us promptly, and we'll do our best to intercept and cancel the order.
However, please be aware that in some cases, orders may be processed too quickly for cancellation. If you find yourself unable to cancel your order in time, you may still have the option to return it to us. You can find details on our returns process here.
