How much does it cost to personalise my order?

All trophies include free personalisation, including engraving and logo inserts, with no set-up fees or character limits.

Glass and crystal awards also include free laser engraving or UV printing with no minimum quantities.

A small fee applies to medal engraving and engraving directly onto the cup body — please refer to the product page for full details.

How can I check my personalisation details in the basket?

Select ‘View Options’ next to the product in your basket. This expands all saved personalisation details so you can review engraving before checkout.

When will my order arrive?

Delivery times vary depending on the product and level of personalisation.

Each product page shows the most accurate lead time, and our Delivery Information page outlines all shipping options.

Which products are available for next day delivery?

Any product displaying the pink ‘NEXT DAY’ icon qualifies for next working day delivery when ordered before 12pm (mainland UK only) – don’t forget to select the Fast Track option at checkout.

Items without this icon require additional customisation or processing and aren’t eligible for next-day service.
